Lord Ganesha forever has been Shivaputra, siddhivinayak n the giver of knowledge and success. Though there are innumerable instances in the Indian mythological history where we get to witness Him as Maha Ganapati, who fought n won several wars for good, Yet, the colour of chivalry is more or less missing in the impressions that we carry of the deity.
